Homegrown. Best Suited. Ready to Serve.
Committed to GGUSD traditions and improving on academic success
I grew up in Garden Grove School District; my children attend the same schools that I went to; and my wife teaches here. We are a GGUSD family through and through. I am running for School Board to serve the community that raised me and my family and to make sure that every student receives the support, resources, and opportunities to thrive.

Garden Grove Unified District deserves to maintain its traditions, cultures, and continued student academic and career success
I'm ready to serve them.
For more than eight years, I’ve served in PTO leadership across Ethan Allen Elementary, Fitz Intermediate, and Los Amigos High School. I’ve seen firsthand what students, families, and educators need and what they can accomplish together.
As a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant for over 13 years, I bring a rare combination of legal and financial expertise to the School Board. I will fight for:
- increased language programs,
- strong academic and career pathways,
- support for students’ mental health,
- safe and connected school communities,
- responsible use of district resources, and
- accountability in every decision.
I’m not running simply to hold a seat on the board. I’m running to serve the community that raised me and make sure that every GGUSD student has the support, resources, and opportunities to thrive.

Building the
next generation.
The students in Garden Grove Unified School District are our future. It is our responsibility to provide safe schools and various opportunities for these students to reach their potential in order to keep our community strong.
Serving GGUSD families and students through PTO leadership.
Quan Vuong.
A Garden Grove Unified School District story.
I grew up in Garden Grove Unified schools, attending Monroe Elementary, Ethan Allen Elementary, Fitz Intermediate, and Los Amigos High School; and today my own children attend the same schools in the district. Also, my wife is a GGUSD teacher, so this community is not just where I went to school, but it is where my family lives, learns, and serves.
After graduating from GGUSD, I built my career as a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. That experience has given me a strong foundation in legal, financial, and organizational decision making skills that I want to bring to the School Board.
For more than eight years, I have served GGUSD families through PTO leadership at Ethan Allen Elementary, Fitz Intermediate, and Los Amigos High School. I’ve served as Secretary, Treasurer, and President, working directly with students, families, educators, employees, and school administrators.
With my family
I am running for School Board Trustee Area 4 because I believe every GGUSD student deserves strong schools, meaningful opportunities, and a school board that is accountable to the community. I want to use my experience to help build a stronger future for every student.

Vision to support all GGUSD students, families, and communities
Three things,
done right.
Clear priorities. Real results for GGUSD students, families, educators, and employees. Every decision should strengthen our schools and give students the support and opportunities they need.
Expand Academic Pathways
Every student deserves a clear path to career, college, and life readiness. I will advocate for expanded dual language opportunities, academic rigor, and career-technical education and skilled trades pathways across GGUSD.
Strengthen School Communities
Strong schools are built when families, educators, administrators, and students work together. After more than eight years of PTO leadership across Ethan Allen Elementary, Fitz Intermediate, and Los Amigos High School, I have seen firsthand what amazing results can be accomplished by working together.
Fiscal Accountability
GGUSD families deserve transparency and responsible stewardship of every taxpayer dollar. As a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer, I bring both financial and legal expertise to my decisions.
